Business Water
Most businesses have never changed water retailer or checked what they are billed for. We review your charges, look for estimated readings and drainage charges that may not apply to your premises, and see whether a different retailer would serve you better.
Common problems we see
- Estimated readings year after year
- Surface water drainage charged for premises that don't need it
- Multiple sites on different retailers
What helps us most
- A recent water bill showing the meter and charges
Haven't got it to hand? Send what you have — we'll chase the rest.
Questions
Frequently asked
What is a SPID and where do I find it?
A SPID (Supply Point Identification number) is the reference that identifies your water supply point, in the same way a meter number identifies an electricity supply. It's usually printed on your water bill, often near the account number or the meter details, and is normally a ten-digit number sometimes shown with a letter on the end. If you can't find it, send us a copy of your bill and we'll identify it for you — that's part of the review.
