Energy Management & Reporting
Energy management for most businesses isn't a dashboard — it's knowing what you're signed up to, when every contract ends, whether the invoices are right, and what the usage pattern actually looks like. We bring that together across your sites and keep it current.
Common problems we see
- Renewal dates scattered across sites, suppliers and inboxes
- Invoices paid without anyone checking them against the contract
- Estimated readings building up into a surprise catch-up bill
- No single view of what the business is signed up to
What helps us most
- A recent electricity and gas bill for each site
- Your current contracts, if you have them
- Half-hourly data or meter readings, where available
Haven't got it to hand? Send what you have — we'll chase the rest.
Also covered
What's covered
- A single register of your sites, meters, contracts and end dates
- Renewals flagged early, with notice periods tracked
- Invoices checked against agreed rates and standing charges
- Consumption analysis where usage data is available — for example half-hourly data or regular readings
- Queries raised with suppliers on your behalf when a bill looks wrong
In plain English
What we mean by energy management
There's a lot of jargon in this space, so it's worth being clear about what this service is — and what it isn't.
Contract visibility
Your customer portal shows your contracts, sites and documents in one place, so you always know what you're signed up to and when it ends. That's the foundation everything else builds on.
Invoice review
We check invoices against your contract rates, standing charges and meter readings. Billing errors are more common than most businesses expect, and they're only recoverable if someone spots them.
Consumption analysis
Where usage data is available — half-hourly metering or regular reads — we can look at how and when your sites use energy and what that means for contract choices. Where it isn't available yet, we'll say so rather than guess.
What this isn't
We don't provide real-time smart metering dashboards or building-management analytics. If a project needs specialist monitoring hardware or software, we'll say so and can point you towards it — we won't pretend the portal is something it isn't.
Don't know your details? Upload your bill and we'll work it out.

Frequently asked
Is this a software platform we have to learn?
No. The customer portal gives you visibility of your contracts, sites and documents, and we do the tracking and checking behind it. There's nothing to configure and no system to migrate to.
Do you offer real-time energy monitoring?
No — our portal shows contract and account visibility, not live metering data. Where usage data exists (half-hourly meters or regular readings) we can analyse it; where a project needs dedicated monitoring equipment, we'll tell you honestly rather than oversell what we have.
We have sites with different suppliers and end dates. Can they be aligned?
Usually, yes — that's one of the most valuable parts of the service. Bringing contracts onto common end dates takes planning across renewal windows, but once done it means one renewal conversation instead of a constant drip of them.
How the review works
You send the paperwork. We do the reading.
1. Send it over
Upload a bill, or send it by email or WhatsApp.
2. We check it
Rates, charges, dates, notice periods and anything odd.
3. We look at options
Across a range of suppliers and providers, not just one.
4. You decide
A clear summary in plain English. No obligation.
While we're at it
Already reviewing your energy management?
We can check your other business costs at the same time — it's the same phone call and the same free review.
Upload your bills. We'll do the work.
Send whatever you have. We'll read the bills, find the dates and tell you plainly whether anything is worth changing.
