What we do

This website has been built with accessibility in mind. That includes:

• Text that can be resized or zoomed without the layout breaking.
• Colour combinations chosen to keep text readable against its background.
• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are described in words.
• The site can be navigated with a keyboard as well as a mouse or touchscreen.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
• Pages work on phones, tablets and desktop screens.

You don't have to use the website

Everything you can do here you can also do by phone, email or WhatsApp. If a form is difficult to use, call 0141 611 2212 and we will take the details for you. If reading a contract summary is difficult, we will talk it through instead.

Known limitations

Uploaded documents come from suppliers and other third parties, so we cannot guarantee that every file is accessible. Tell us if you need information in a different format and we will provide it.
